Uniqlo wanted to create an event activation for the US launch of their UNIQLO x MARNI collaboration, showcasing the combination of Italian craftsmanship and the Japanese culture through MARNI’s unique design. The event aimed to illustrate this marriage of cultures and highlight the collaboration.
To maximize the impact of the UNIQLO x MARNI collaboration, we leveraged the power of cross-cultural aesthetics by infusing the event, which we curated at the Modern Museum of Art, with design elements inspired by traditional Japanese and Italian art forms. This unique and visually striking approach effectively communicated the synergy of the collaboration and generated significant interest and excitement among the target demographic.
The event was a resounding success, with robust attendance and engagement from key influencers in the industry, resulting in an overflow crowd with a waiting list of attendees.
