Umps Care’s primary goals were to increase brand awareness, launch a new corporate sponsorship program, and effectively utilize their CRM platform which was limited in providing actionable insights.
THE APPROACH
We initiated a data consolidation initiative to establish a single source of truth for UMPS CARE. We then leveraged our CRM data to create a dynamic dashboard that offered actionable insights and donation opportunities. Our data modeling approach, which employed RFM methodology, enabled us to segment donors and generate targeted reporting that pinpointed the most promising donor segments for various campaign initiatives.
